Gift cards for fun activities make great gifts

When you are looking for a holiday gift , whether big or small , gift cards for activities make wonderful gifts . Coshocton County is full of choices , so your money will stay here in the community . Personal care How many people would love to have their hair styled , a manicure , a massage or to go tanning ? In our busy lives , it seems making time to do something for ourselves is tough to do . But if you have a gift card , you won ’ t want it to go to waste and will find a way to schedule an appointment . Coshocton has many locally owned hair salons , barber shops , tanning beds and places for a massage . They are all eager to help people choose that perfect “ me time ” activity for someone . Most offer gift certificates . Family activities Why not purchase a gift certificate for the whole family ? How about a pool pass for the Aquatic Center or KOA pool for next summer or a family membership to the Johnson-Humrickhouse Museum ? A gift certificate for Shelby Theatres could offer several evenings of entertainment for a family . Legacy Lanes also is a family-oriented place where they could bowl , eat and play video games in the arcade .

RV boys open bowling season

Shelby Theatres
On Nov . 18 the River View Black Bears boys bowling team traveled to TCC to open the 2020- 21 high school bowling season . In a hard-fought first match , the Bears came up short , falling to a score of 2,223 to 1,952 . Leading the way for the Black Bears was Austin LeBeau with a 367 twogame set and Tyler Bryan with a 316 two-game set .
In JV action the Black Bears notched their first win of the season , narrowly defeating TCC JV by a score of 1,492 to 1,432 . Leading the way for the JV team was Darren Priest with a 278 twogame set and Nick Large with a 221 two-game set .
