American Red Cross in need of more volunteers
The American Red Cross has a critical need for four new volunteers in the Coshocton County area to fill the blood drive ambassador position at local blood drives .
The role of volunteer blood ambassadors is to welcome visitors at local blood drives , assist with donor registration questions and take their temperature ( with a handheld temperature checker ) before they enter . These volunteers typically volunteer two to three days a month and cover scheduled three to six hour shifts ( depending on need and availability ). Volunteers will be provided with protective equipment ,
