Kathy ‘ Kate ’ Shivers

Kathy “ Kate ” Shivers , 65 , of West Lafayette passed away Saturday , Dec . 12 , 2020 at her home . She was born in Circleville , Ohio on Feb . 7 , 1955 to the late Curtis and Glenna ( Perry ) Reid .
Kate was a graduate of Ridgewood High School and was the head cook for Ridgewood High School and Ridgewood Elementary for 31 years before retiring . She was a member of the West Lafayette United Methodist Church . She loved reading , musicals , going to sporting events , but most of all she loved spending time with her family and grandchildren .
Kate is survived by her husband of 47 years , Kirby Shivers ; children , Scott ( Georgia ) Shivers , Robin ( Jamison ) Shannon , and Jaime ( Christopher ) Cabot all of West Lafayette ; grandchildren , Tayler and Ashton Shivers , Maggie Shannon , and Cohen , Jackson , and Weston Cabot ; brother , William Reid ; and several nieces and nephews .

Bradley Eugene Conrad , 68 , of West Lafayette , passed away suddenly at his home on Wednesday , Dec . 2 , 2020 .
He was born in Coshocton County on Oct . 27 , 1953 to the late Robert Eugene and Mildred Alice ( Alloway ) Conrad .
After graduating high school , Brad joined the United States Navy serving his country for two years before being honorably discharged . He then began his career at the Coshocton County Sheriff ’ s Office , first in dispatch , then as a deputy for 29 years before retiring in 2008 .

Edward ‘ Ed ’ Greer

Edward “ Ed ” Greer , 62 , of Coshocton passed away on Tuesday , Dec . 8 , 2020 at his home with his family by his side . He is survived by his wife , soulmate , and best friend of 40 years , Darlene . He was born on June 22 , 1958 to Gypsy Fraelich and the late Gene Greer .
He was a former employee of SanCast until becoming disabled . Ed enjoyed dressing up with the grandkids for Halloween and decorating his home with thousands of lights for Christmas . He liked to refer to his home as “ The Griswolds .”
He is survived by his daughter Raychel ( Rob ) McMasters ; sons Draysen ( Cara ) Wilden , and Dahynin ( Nikki ) Wilden ; his grandchildren Kynsingten and Colin McMasters , Brehanna ( Gabe ) Plant ; Trey and Kaden Wilden ; Quenten , Uryjah and Swaezey Wilden ; Laetyn and Larsyn Holdsworth . His grandchildren were his world and

he LOVED spending time with them . Also surviving is his mother ; brothers Tim ( Jody ) Greer , Jeff Fraelich , Joe ( Irma ) Fraelich , and Ted Greer ; sister Diana Fraelich , and several nieces and nephews .
He is preceded in death by his dad Chet Fraelich , brother Terry Greer , and a grandchild , Loxley Wilden .
Per the families wishes , a private viewing will take place with a cremation to follow .
Canada . He liked to go shooting at the gun range and stayed qualified up until his death ; but most importantly , Brad loved spending time with his family . He will be truly missed by all those that knew him .
He is survived by his son , Kenneth Robert Conrad and granddaughter , Arianna Peyton Stevens both of Coshocton County ; his brother , Stuart ( Mary Jane ) Conrad of Hilliard ; sister , Nancy ( Richard ) McIntire of Zanesville , nephews , Steven Taylor of Brooklyn , IN and Christopher Conrad of Lewis Center , OH ; niece , Danielle Taylor of Zanesville ; great-nieces , Kylie and Kaydence Taylor of
Brooklyn , IN , Kaylynn Thompson of Brooklyn , IN and Riley Conrad of Lewis Center , OH .
Along with his parents , Brad is preceded in death by his sister , Mary Roberta Conrad .
Per Brad ’ s wishes , a cremation will take place with a Celebration of Life being held at a later date . Given-Dawson-Paisley Funeral Home is serving the family .

Clarence O . Hardesty , 76 , of Coshocton passed away Tuesday , Dec . 8 , 2020 at his home . He was born in Fresno , Ohio on Sept . 22 , 1944 to the late Telford O . and Mammie V . ( Eaton ) Hardesty .
Clarence worked at Ansel Edmonts for 31 years before retiring . He enjoyed woodworking and sitting on his front porch watching traffic .
Clarence is survived by his wife , Marcia ( Parry ) Hardesty , who he married Nov . 2 , 1974 ; children , Tammy ( Steve ) Brown , Tina ( Mick ) Williams , and Zachary Hardesty ; grandchildren , Marissa Nieves , Brandon ( Breanna ) Smith , Allison and Emily Williams , and Zoe Hardesty ; great-grandchildren , Benjamin and Kaiden ; sister , Shirley Shutt ; sister-in-law , Judy Keirns ; his special buddy , Oliver ; and the Dixon Family .
