Terry Lee Holsclaw , 63 , joined our Father ’ s Kingdom on Dec . 10 , 2021 . He died in the ICU at Coshocton Regional Medical Center after a courageous battle with COVID-19 .
Terry was born on Sept . 21 , 1958 , in Coshocton , to Millard and Freda Gallagher Holsclaw . He was married to Susie Cramblett Bryant from 1977 to 1984 and later remarried to Peggy Titus-Dobbins in July 1986 .
Following his graduation from River View High School in 1976 , Terry went on to become a master of many skills . As a young man , he was a naturally talented mechanic working for Bechtol Ford in Coshocton . He later transitioned

few people . This combined with a character of relentless perseverance enabled him to solve even the most challenging problems at work and in his personal life .
Along with a passionate love for his wife , Terry had a strong , almost spiritual , connection to the outdoors where he found and shared an immense peace with those blessed to know him . He enjoyed hiking , hunting , motorcycle / snowmobile / fourwheeler riding , helping people meet their daily needs and creating things of purpose with his hands . Without doubt , his greatest joy was found in spending time and playing with his children and grandchildren . There was never a time when Terry was more concerned for

William ( Bill ) Edward Thompson

William ( Bill ) Edward Thompson , 84 , died Friday , Dec . 3 , 2021 at his home in Vero Beach , Florida .
Born to Walter and Glenda Thompson on Jan . 31 , 1937 , in Coshocton , Ohio , Bill graduated from Warsaw High School in 1954 and attended Ohio Wesleyan University in Delaware , Ohio . After school , he joined his father in the family grocery business , while serving in the Army Reserve . In 1969 , Bill moved to Newcomerstown , Ohio and managed their IGA store with his brother , Wayne . Bill was a respected leader in the grocery industry . He spent nine years on the board of trustees for the East Central Ohio Food Dealers Association . He was named the Outstanding Independent Operator by “ Progressive Grocer ” magazine in 1991 and voted Grocer of the Year in 1996 by the East Central Ohio Grocers Association .
Bill married Carolyn ( Cookie ) Clark of Newcastle , Ohio on July 19 , 1970 , and raised three children together . He was a devoted husband and father who always made time for school games and family dinners .
Bill was a well-recognized man in town and always quick to help others and support the community through youth sports , the public schools , church ministry and social services . He was named Newcomerstown ’ s Favorite Son in 1997 by Newcomerstown Tourism Unlimited . He was an active member of Christ United Methodist Church , the Newcomerstown Lions Club and a lifelong – often suffering - Cleveland Browns and Ohio State fan . himself than others . He was a selfless man that brought out the best in everyone he met , inspiring confidence they didn ’ t know they had . If you knew Terry , he was the highest example of kindness and service to others that one could imagine . He inspired everyone to be better to each other . With the purest intent , he went out of his way to help anyone in need , and refused to accept anything more than a verbal thank you in return . Blind to position or status , Terry never knew a stranger or sat in judgement of others . His out-of-the-blue humor provided a glimpse into an enthusiasm for life rarely found in others and his deepest desire was to share that joy with
Bill retired in 2004 and moved to Vero Beach , Florida , where he quickly became involved in the community . Bill was an active member of Christ by the Sea United Methodist Church and volunteered his time for many local charities and fundraisers . He enjoyed the warm climate and played golf and tennis as much as possible . He looked forward to his Monday poker nights with the guys and tried to attend many of his grandchildren ’ s school activities and graduations .
Bill is predeceased by his father and mother , Walter and Glenda Thompson ; and brother , Wayne Mortine .
He is survived by his wife , Carolyn Thompson of Vero Beach ; his three children , Wanda Joy ( David ) Snyder , Bill ( Erin ) Thompson II , Kate
his family and friends . This was without doubt , his daily calling . There remains an ever-lasting quality to his spirit which will live on as a legacy of kindness and acceptance radiating from those he loved .
He is survived by his wife , Peggy Titus- Holsclaw and children , Jennifer ( Ray ) Young and Clay ( Ali ) Holsclaw , Mark ( Andi ) Dobbins and Josh Dobbins . Also , grandchildren , Emma and Chloe Dobbins , Evie Dobbins , Lane and Ali Young , and the latest arrival , Danielle Holsclaw . In addition , he is survived by his mother , Freda Holsclaw , siblings , Debbie ( Tim ) Forsythe , Mabel ( Bobby ) McCloy , Joy ( Jimmy ) O ’ Hara , Sherry ( Rob ) Hudson and half-siblings , Millie Kussmaul , Ruth Reid and Mick ( Mary Ellen ) Halikos . He also left behind many nieces and nephews and his special four-legged companion , Buddy . He was proceeded in death by his father , Millard F . Holsclaw .
Per his wishes , a cremation will take place with the Miller Kaser Cremation Services . Calling hours were at the Miller Funeral Home , 639 Main St ., Coshocton , on Wednesday , Dec . 15 , 2021 , from 4-6 p . m .
In lieu of flowers , contributions may be made to the Coshocton Animal Shelter at 21755 TR 164 , Coshocton , Ohio 43812 .

Trefz ; his brother , Weldon Mortine , and sister , Carol Marino ; grandchildren , Aaron ( Amy ) Snyder , James Patrick ( Jocelyn ) Snyder , Allison Snyder , Elizabeth Thompson , Ashley Thompson , Braden Trefz , Brooklyn Trefz and Cannon Trefz ; eight great-grandchildren ; and many nieces and nephews .
