Wiley Companies continues to grow in Coshocton

Wiley Companies has been offering employment opportunities for 40 years and continues to grow in Coshocton County , where the founders live .
The specialty chemical side of the company is what originally launched it , and now it is seeing substantial growth with its consumer brand , Wiley ’ s Finest , which was born in 2012 .
“ Wiley ’ s Finest Wild Alaskan Fish Oil is unique because we are the only U . S . supplier and are single source starting with fish caught in Alaska ,” said Greg Lindsey , CEO for Wiley ’ s Finest .
Wiley Companies was founded by David and Paul Wiley , who moved to Coshocton in the late 1980s . The company now has a corporate office on Walnut Street in Coshocton , a manufacturing plant on South Sixth Street in Coshocton and a business

office in Granville . They have a global impact with business in the U . K ., Germany , Dubai , the Middle East and Europe .
“ Our next expansion will be in Asia ,” Lindsey said .
Several different types of jobs are currently available with the company .
“ There are customer support , project manager and lab tech positions , and we even have our own welders and electricians ,” Lindsey said . “ We are a closely held business , but we definitely operate
as a family business . One of the best things about us is the culture here . I live in Columbus and went to OSU and had a bit of a culture shock when I came here . The Wileys really care about people . We have very little turnover because of
the culture here .”

“ We look for people with a strong work ethic ,” Lindsey said . “ It has to be a culture fit . You have to fit into the family culture of helping others and being somewhat humble .”
Wiley Companies gets involved in community events like the Indian Mud Run , stepped up to produce hand sanitizer during the pandemic and offers a very competitive benefit package .
