As we embark on the 2024-25 school year , I am filled with excitement and anticipation for all the incredible learning experiences ahead . This new school year is an opportunity for growth , innovation and continued success for our students , staff and families .

I would like to extend my deepest appreciation to our 12-month employees , who have worked diligently throughout the summer to ensure our schools are ready for a fresh and inspiring year . From preparing our facilities to ensuring our resources are aligned for academic success , your efforts have not gone unnoticed . Thank you for your dedication and commitment to creating a welcoming and safe learning environment for all .

I also want to take a moment to recognize our entire staff for the outstanding work you do every

day . You play a crucial role in meeting the academic , social and emotional needs of our students , and I am continually impressed by the level of care , professionalism and passion you bring to your work . Together , we are creating a positive and nurturing environment that empowers our students to reach their full potential .

This year we are excited to continue our focus on literacy , particularly through the “ Science of Reading ” initiative . Our staff will engage in professional development to enhance their understanding of evidence-based reading instruction , which will directly benefit our students ’ literacy skills . By investing in this knowledge , we are further equipping our teachers to meet the diverse needs of our learners and help them become confident , capable readers .

I am confident the Ridgewood family will continue to shine as we work together to foster growth , innovation and achievement . Our collective commitment to excellence ensures every student in Ridgewood Local Schools is given the tools and support they need to succeed .

You are hereby notified that Rose M . Fox , Esq . has filed an application in the Court , asking to be appointed to administer decedent ’ s estate as Administrator in the Estate of Michelle Lynn Unger , Case No . 20241079 . Also filed was the decedent ’ s Inventory and Appraisal .
