The Lady Skins got the season started in the right direction with a 4-1 win at Maysville .
Freshman Zoey Tumblin got the scoring started 10 minutes in on a breakaway beating the keeper . Freshman Jersey Stipes followed up with a goal on a Tumblin assist , and two minutes later Tumblin scored unassisted .
In the second half , Maysville cut the score to 3-1 with a goal from Lexi Atkins . Tumblin got the hat trick with 14 minutes left .
Courtney Snyder had five saves in the net , with some great defensive effort by the back line . Coshocton held a 19 to six advantage in shots .
“ Great team win to start off the season ,” head coach Kimmie Underwood said . “ I love the teamwork and communication we are already showing early in the season . It was a great game to get all our freshman ’ s feet wet at the varsity level . This was a very special day , and I want to shout out all of my current and former players for always working hard and never quitting . This 100th win is a testament to all the quality girls I have gotten to coach these 11 seasons .”

Tumblin converted a direct kick off a pass from Addie Underwood for Coshocton . Philo made it 2-1 before halftime with a goal from Sophie Saunders .
Philo ’ s Emily Stockdale scored on a direct kick , but Jersey Stipes scored seconds later on an assist from Tumblin . Emily Stockdale scored Philo ’ s last goal with 16 minutes left . But once again the Lady Skins cut it to one when Mia Lauvray finished off a Tumblin cross on a backside run with 12 minutes left .
Courtney Snyder had a penalty kick save with three minutes left , and Coshocton had a few chances at the end but couldn ’ t find the net . Courtney Snyder had five saves . Both teams had eight shots on goal .
Ridgewood
The Ridgewood Lady Golf Generals won their third match this week against Edison 181-212 . The match was at River Greens , and par was 36 .
Ridgewood scores were Brynn Harstine with 37 , Jacey Hess with 44 , Josie Stanton with 46 and Zoe Martin with 54 .
Brynn Harstine was medalist of the day with a 37 and had two birdies . Josie Stanton had one birdie .
The Ridgewood Lady Generals also won their IVC golf match against East Canton 205-226 at Clearview Golf Club . Par was 36 , and they played the back nine .

The Ridgewood Generals took on East Canton at River Greens Golf Course . East Canton won the match with a score of 184-211 .

The Generals battled Claymont at River Greens . Claymont won the match 183-210 over the Generals .

Ridgewood competed in a Tri-Match at Great Trail Golf Course against host Minerva and Conotton Valley . Malvern won the Tri with a team score of 173 , Conotton Valley took second with a team score of 185 and Ridgewood finished third with a team score of 208 .
