Miller speaks at state
Annual employment expo to be held Sept . 12

The community is invited to the OhioMeansJobs Employment Expo on Thursday , Sept . 12 from 10 a . m . to 2 p . m .
More than 40 employers will be there with information about their job opportunities . The expo will be held at the Lake Park pavilion .
Taylor Smith , business coordinator at OhioMeansJobs Coshocton County , said they are holding the employment expo to allow people to be in the same room as human resource representatives from companies .
“ This gives them the opportunity to really promote themselves . As long as there is demand from the businesses and from the community , we will keep having these types of events ,” Smith said .
Smith said attendees should dress for success . “ They should bring multiple copies of the resume and be interview ready .”
There are 42 employers signed up to be part of the expo so far , but Smith is hoping to reach 50 by the expo . “ You can find an updated list of employers attending on our website — www . coshoctonjfs . org ,” Smith said .
