Sealed proposals for improvements by constructing the COS-CR 16-1.88 RESURFACING , Coshocton , Ohio , will be received by the Coshocton County Commissioners , Coshocton , Ohio at 401 ��� Main St ., 9:00 a . m ., local time , Wednesday , August 28 , 2024 , and then and there publicly opened and read .
