Project Name : Coshocton County CDBG Program Justice Center Project Source of Federal Funds : CDBG Funds Location : 500 N . 3rd Street , Coshocton , Ohio Project Description : Construction of a new 126-bed county jail The property ’ s total acreage is 15.4 acres , with 13.1 acres of floodplain and 10.0 acres of wetland
The project will be constructed at the south end of the property within a 2.3-acre area outside of the floodplain / wetland areas .
Coshocton County has considered the following alternatives and mitigation measures to be taken to minimize adverse impacts and to restore and preserve natural and beneficial values :
