Kittner will speak at final lenten luncheon of 2025
The sixth and final Coshocton County Lenten Luncheon will be held Wednesday, April 9 at The Presbyterian Church, 142 N. Fourth St., across from the Coshocton Courthouse, from 11:45 a. m. to 12:45 p. m.
Rev. Bryan Kittner will deliver the message based on the theme,“ Connecting to God Through Thankfulness.” His text for the message is based on Psalm 30:1-5.
Kittner has been pastor of Emmanuel Lutheran Church in Coshocton for the past 15 years. He also pastors the home church of John Glenn, Westminster Presbyterian Church in New Concord. His previous ministerial duties include 20 years in the inner city of Dayton. He founded Jeremiah’ s Letter Inc. and was the director of Jail Chaplaincy Ministry for Montgomery County. He and his wife Dana are the parents of three grown children.

Church Women United coordinate the churches that provide the soups and pies available at the luncheon. Attendees have a choice between two soups.

Vegetables and cheese cubes are available on the tables.
Churches assisting with the final luncheon are Canal Lewisville and West Lafayette United Methodist Churches, Coshocton First Baptist Church, and Central Christian Church. Members of Fellowship of Christian Athletes and their advisers John Strasser and Nick Johnson volunteer their time to assist the church workers.
