Plainfi eld reunion announced
PLAINFIELD - Th e annual Plainfi eld School
Reunion will be held Sunday, June 2, at
the Linton Community Center (formerly
Plainfi eld Elementary School). Th is is
open to anyone who graduated from or
attended Plainfi eld School. Honored will
be the class of 1959 who were the last
graduating class at Plainfi eld.
Doors will open at noon and dinner
Title department adds Saturday hours
COSHOCTON – Camila Graham, the
Coshocton County Clerk of Courts, will
have new Saturday business hours for
the county title department starting
April 6. Th e title offi ce, located at 706 S.
Seventh St., will be open from 8 a.m. to
noon on Saturdays.
Th e additional hours will provide
greater service to the public. Residents
will be catered by Schumaker Farms
beginning at 1 p.m. Program will be “Re-
member When with Music Memories.”
Bring any music memorabilia to share.
Advance reservations required for meal

Museum to host weather program
for preschoolers
COSHOCTON - Preschoolers and their adult
assistants are invited to learn all about
the wonders of the weather at the John-
son-Humrickhouse Museum Th ursday
mornings in April at 10 a.m.
Geared towards children 2 – 5 years,
“Watching the Weather” will feature cool
experiments, stories, songs and crafts,
while highlighting a diff erent type of
weather every week.
Th e program is free and held from 10 to
10:40 a.m. Afterwards, parents and chil-
dren may explore the museum on their
own until 11 a.m. Th ese programs are of-
fered at no charge thanks to the support
of the Coshocton Kiwanis Club. Please

CHS teams face Maysville
COSHOCTON – Coshocton High School’s
softball and baseball teams recently
faced Maysville.
Th e baseball team fell to Maysville 13-2,
but the Lady Redskins picked up a 3-2
victory. Th e Lady Redskins were led by:
Keeley Murray who was three for four,
with one double and two singles; Morgan

Bryant who was two for three, with one
double and one single; Riley Conkle who
was two for three with two singles; and
Lexi Frye who was one for one with a
single.
Twelve people came out on March 23, to
help organize the remaining back stor-
age area at the Triple Locks Theater.
It was a total team eff ort with Jesse
Whinnery and Dave Custer planning
and constructing how things should
be set-up. Also assisting was: Glenn
Cullison, Grace Cullison, Norma Owens,

Shaw, Richard Tipton, Harold Tipton,
Jackie Mishler, and Denny Blanford. A
total of 80 volunteer hours was contrib-
uted. Chuck Hathaway also provided
