sports all his life.
He is survived by his father, Dave Leppla, Warsaw,
Ohio, and his mother, Debbie (Ron) Hardesty of Coshoc-
ton, a brother, Jason (Allisyn) Leppla, Avon, Ohio. He is
also survived by two step¬sisters, Emily (Blair) Higdon,
Myrtle Beach, SC, and Katie Hardesty, Charlotte, NC.
Also surviving are a nephew, Cohen and a niece, Kaia
Leppla and stepnephew, Jett Higdon. He is further
survived by uncles, John (Ann) Leppla of Coshocton and
Steve Leppla of San Diego, CA, an aunt, Becky (Chuck)
Hasler of Mesa, AZ, cousins Matt (Cherlyn) Leppla of
Coshocton and Kyle (Laura) Hasler and Kirk Hasler of
Arizona.
In the final two and a half years of his life he met the
greatest love of his life, Miss Toni Carpenter and her
family. Toni’s family included her parents, Dan and
Marcia, her brother, Brent (Shannon), and twin nieces,
Kayla and Kiana. This family from Holmesville sur-

COSHOCTON - Ronald Walter Young
died after a sudden illness on April 17,
2017 in Coshocton, Ohio. He was 79.
Ron was born and raised in Roscoe,
Ohio, moving to Tucson, Arizona in
1969. Ron returned to Coshocton a few
years ago. He is survived by daughters
Ann, Ellen, Carrie and Chris and a son
Kipp. Ron was preceded in death by
wife Nancy and daughter Kay. Ron
was blessed with 10 grandchildren and
21 great-grandchildren. Ron will be
remembered for his humor and gener-
osity he loved to visit with friends and
family, and always had stories to share.

Graveside services will be held at
Roscoe Cemetery on Tuesday May 2, 2017 at 11:00 A.M with military
rites being conducted by the Coshocton County Veterans Council.

Mark was predeceased by grandparents, H. David and
Wilma Leppla and step¬grandmother, Wanda Leppla
and Gerald and Clara Mae Van Fossen.
Mark had a special place in his heart for all critters,
especially dogs and cats. He will be missed by all that
knew him. His smile will shine in our hearts and minds
forever.
The family would like to extend special thanks to Hos-
pice of Millersburg and Wooster, who helped him ease
into the next life.
His choice of cremation and no calling hours will be
honored. A Celebration of Life is planned for 3:00 p.m.
Saturday, May 20, 2017 at the Lake Buckhorn Pavilion. In
