Leadership Coshocton County hosted a luncheon on April 17 for prospective candidates of the next class.
After enjoying lunch together, Betsy Gosnell, executive director of LCC, introduced everyone to the program.
LCC is a program of the Coshocton Foundation. It was started in 1991 and now has more than 400 alumni. The program aims to identify, cultivate and enhance leadership and connections among community members.

youth program.
“ I had participants who grew up in Coshocton tell me that they thought they knew everything about Coshocton County, but they learned things they never knew,” Gosnell said.
Class of 2025 member Julie Branch was one of those people.
“ I grew up in Coshocton County and still learned things and met new people,” she said.
Branch’ s classmate Brook Bigrigg grew up in Muskingum County and joined LCC to push herself outside her comfort zone.
“ I’ ve really enjoyed it, and Betsy is very passionate about her job,” Bigrigg said.
LCC applications are available at www. leadershipcoshoctoncounty. org. The deadline to apply is Sunday, June 1. Participants will be selected and notified in July. The cost for the program this year is $ 475. A limited number of scholarships are available to assist with the cost of tuition.
