Paul Eugene Gould Jr . ( Butch to friends and family ) was born on Sept . 11 , 1942 , in Athens , Ohio . He spent his childhood years in Millfield , Ohio and graduated from Chauncey-Dover high school where he excelled at baseball and football and met the love of his life Janice Smith . This year would have been their 60 th wedding anniversary .
After high school , he worked at Fairmont Foods in Athens , Ohio and followed the company to Coshocton Ohio in 1969 . They raised two sons , Damon Jacob and Richard Eugene , in West Lafayette , Ohio . Paul was a hard worker and was well respected in all his jobs . He eventually retired from Wiley Organics in 2004 .

outdoors . Nothing gave him more joy than hunting with his family , friends , and beloved hunting dogs . He was a loving husband , father and grandfather and his family was everything to him . He leaves behind a strong and loving family that will miss him dearly .
He is survived by his wife , Janice ; son , Damon and his wife Kathy ; son , Richard and his wife Susan ; and four grandchildren , Joshua Gould , Lindsey Bluck and her husband Laken , Alayna Gould , and Seth Arthur Gould .
He is preceded in death by his parents , Paul and Ethel Gould ; sisters , Lynda Hysell and Mary Jo Earich ; his nephew , Paul Earich ; and nieces , Connie Felton and Josie Krantz .
Private graveside services were held Friday , April 15 , at Athens Memory Gardens with the Miller Funeral Home serving the family .

Kno-Ho-Co offers help with water , sewer bills

The Ohio Department of Development and Kno-Ho-Co-Ashland Community Action Commission will help income-eligible Ohioans with water and wastewater ( sewer ) assistance . The Low Income Household Water Assistance Program provides eligible Ohioans assistance paying water and wastewater bills . The program runs until Sept . 30 .
Clients need to have copies of the following documents : copies of their most recent water / wastewater bills , a list of all household members and proof of income for the last 30 days or 12 months for each member , proof of U . S . citizenship or legal residency for all household members , proof of disability if applicable , and other documentation as needed .
Income guidelines are at or below 175 % of the Federal Poverty Level . For more information about the Low Income Household Water Assistance Program , call Kno-Ho-Co-Ashland Community Action Commission at 740-622-9801 .

Book-signing announced

Butterfly Productions Unlimited LLC will host a book-signing by local author Mary ( Weese ) Fergali on Saturday , April 23 from noon to 2 p . m . at Crowtown Pizza , 783 S . Second St ., Coshocton .
Every person who purchases a book will be entered to win a $ 20 gift certificate to Crowtown Pizza . Additional entries may be purchased .
“ A Butterfly In The Making ” is an inspirational series , and “ No Longer With Us ” helps with explaining a death of a loved one to children and helps process emotions after hearing about the loss .
