activities, different teas and a book swap. This is an adult-only event and is completely free.
Sally Kinkade, with the Write-On Writers Guild, said the guild has offered several types of events before and they wanted to do something with the local library.“ We’ ll have several types of tea and a punch that everyone loves, in case someone doesn’ t care for tea. There will be a tea party Bingo game and also a tea party Boggle game with prizes for all.”
Kinkade said there will also be a book swap and everyone who wants to participate in that should bring an adult book or two.“ You can swap what you bring for another one,” she said.“ This is going to be an enjoyable Saturday afternoon.”

On Writers Guild. They meet every month at the library and we wanted to offer something different to the community.”
McCorkle said the tea party is a great way to bring attention to Write- On Writers Guild and to let more people know what they are about.“ And since their goal is to share stories and that’ s what we do, too, it seemed like a great idea that we could both benefit from. We thought people would really enjoy this.”
There will be two crafts – one a book marker and another using recycled book pages. Each table will have a member of the Write-On Writers Guild to share more about that group and information about the library and all of the programs that are offered there will be shared.
“ This is the best of both worlds, shared into one event,” McCorkle said.
“ We felt it would be a great opportunity to collaborate with the Write-On Writers Guild.”

MEET MIDNIGHT

Looking for a sweet, chill guy who loves snacks as much as you do? Meet Midnight! This handsome panther is old enough( we think about 4 years) to be well over the kitten crazies, but he has plenty of energy to play and snuggle. He’ s friendly with all people and fine with other cats. We think he’ d be ok with a nice dog friend too. Midnight is neutered and fully vetted. He’ s getting his last booster this week, so he’ s ready for his forever home. You can say hello any time at Tractor Supply. Email us with questions at coshoctoncountyhumane @ gmail. com.
If you are interested in adopting, please visit our adoptable pets inside Tractor Supply Co.
