CHS grad Ryan named OAC Baseball Hitter of the Week
The Ohio Athletic Conference has named Muskingum baseball sophomore infielder Devin Ryan as the OAC Baseball Hitter of the Week after his play against Wilmington . He helped guide the Muskies to a 3-1 weekend against the Quakers .
Ryan led the Muskies at the plate with a . 650 batting percentage in four games played . He notched a team-high 13 hits , scored nine runs , hit six doubles and tallied a team-best 13 RBIs over the weekend series against the Quakers .
Ryan started all four games at shortstop and helped guide Muskingum defensively throughout the weekend with relentless effort in the infield .
Ryan is a 2018 Coshocton High School graduate . His parents are Lori and Steve Chrisman of Coshocton .

Coshocton BPW President Pat Talbot and members donated backpacks for the foster-care program to Kathy Art and staff at Job and Family Services .
Coshocton BPW donates to foster-care program at JFS
Coshocton Business and Professional Women members donated 24 backpacks filled with a blanket , stuffed animal , tooth brush , tooth paste , deodorant , coloring book and crayons , and extra supplies and diapers to the foster-care program at Job and Family Services .
Members were inspired to help after hearing Leslie Fehrman Ridenbaugh give her Individual Development speech as a foster-care parent . Ridenbaugh will represent Region 3 at the State ID Competition on Saturday , April 17 by Zoom .
The next BPW meeting will be Monday , May 17 . Meetings are open to the public .
