He then worked for Fabri-Form in New Concord as an assistant project manager designing thermoformed plastic trays and shipping dunnage . During his time at Fabri-Form , he also completed his Bachelor of Science in Technical Services from Ohio University Zanesville .
In July 2009 Humphreys began working for McWane Ductile Ohio in the estimating department . His team provided quotes on piping projects related to water and wastewater treatment facilities . After nine months he was promoted to technical services manager , where he managed the estimating team and created line drawings and lay schedules for the more complex projects .
After 12 years of working with the estimating team , Humphreys transferred into the sales operations team . In this position Humphreys works as a product specialist , assisting regional sales teams across the United States and Canada with piping quotations , answering product-related questions , researching project specifications , product drawings , project management and the occasional preconstruction presentation for customers .
At times Humphreys interacts with a sales and engineering team in India . One might think the time difference poses a problem , but he said he can email a job to them late in the day Ohio time and the work is complete by the time he arrives at work the next morning . He also is part of the marketing group , helping with videos , blogs and vlogs , creating content to increase online marketing for McWane .

One of his reasons for participating in Leadership Coshocton was to learn about volunteer opportunities .

Going in , he knew he wanted to learn more about the community and how to get more involved .
Humphreys said the program is a lot more than leadership . He also said the program is more than just another leadership seminar you take and forget 70 % of what was talked about six months down the road you .
“ This program invites you in , helps you make bonds with other community-minded people and
