From the Editor’s Desk Real property refers to land, not just the Earth, but also to those permanent structures which exist on it, the air that is above it and the soil and minerals in the Earth beneath it. More blood has been spilled over land ownership than any other commodity. What keeps me grounded today was my five years as a Realtor, three of them as a Commercial Agent. It was undoubtedly the most difficult work I’ve ever done. The ethos is not intuitive, the rules are complex, and there is a lot of competition.
