That means that the So Cal weather is actually below 90 degrees and it is time to bring out the cozy sweaters and sip on some hot cocoa. The Queen Mary has more to offer, including an ice tubing luge, sleigh rides, and the North Pole village. This Christmas wonderland lasts until January 8th. Southern California natives, however, miss out on a few winter activities, but there is hope for a winter wonderland. Many places around LA and Orange County bring a little winter to this beach oasis. Located right outside the Staples Center in Los Angeles, the LA Kings Skating Rink offers the perfect outdoor rink for everyone. After skating around the dazzling Christmas tree and watching the holiday light show on the screens around the plaza, go and enjoy a great meal at one of the many LA Live restaurants. It is an excellent place for a date night or hanging out with family and friends. Ice Skating in LA For all of the ice skating lovers, this is the perfect activity during the holidays. Los Angeles has numerous rinks to offer. The Queen Mary’s CHILL is a popular ice skating rink. The Queen Mary is covered in beautiful lights with a large skating rink right outside of it. Shopping Shopping is an enjoyable activity year round, but it is even better during the holiday season.
