Melissa Haloossim’s journey began at
Children’s Hospital working in Pediat-
ric Intensive Care. Following two of the
most rewarding years of her life, she
embarked on a new and exciting path.
Melissa entered the world of aesthet-
ic medicine, an industry with boundless
potential and promising ingenuity. For the
next 12 years,she built and operated a top
skincare organization, and spearheaded new
advances. Melissa’s experience ignited a burn-
ing desire to build her own brand. Skin Thesis was
born to deliver the latest innovations in aesthetics,
incorporating the important combination of art and
science. Expectations for the business were imme-
diately exceeded as Skin Thesis garnered global at-
tention and established an elite clientele. Leveraging
her 15 years of skincare experience, with exposure to
all types of clients, technologies and products, Melis-
sa set out to build MILAJ. Her goal was to use an
incredible foundation in beauty to develop products
she would use on herself, her clients, and even her 4
children. The line would be clean, universal, and ver-
satile. Through uniquely designed formulas, MILAJ
offers solutions to meet the evolving stages of our
skin.
