Fashion designer GUO PEI is China’s
couture queen, and understandably so.
Guo Pei has dressed royalty, political
elite, high profile celebrities, and
distinguished ladies for over 20 years. My
introduction to the highly celebrated Guo
Pei couture fashion brand was through
the media, as they attentively honed
in on the strikingly winsome, majestic
golden gown created by the
illustrious designer, which billowed
regally down the red carpeted
stairs at New York’s famed Met
Gala. The dress was selected and
worn to the invitation only gala by
acclaimed music artist and astute
enterpriser Rihanna. Thereafter my
introduction into the world of Guo Pei, I
learned more about the exceptionally
elevated design techniques and skillful
execution methods that Guo Pei
employs. I was awed. Viewing Guo Pei’s
designs is akin to having a peek inside of
