1. Pick Your WHO - Choose an Audience. Be specific. Not just title, or demo - But WHO are they as people.
2. What is the audience's job to be done. - What is a job to be done. When ______ I want to ______ So I can ____________.
3. Pick another value to the business that this audience could deliver. Try to find one goal in at least two categories that would be in ADDITION to the goal you already thought of.
