A New President for Hillcrest

Baylor Scott & White Medical Center - Hillcrest has named a new president following the retirement of Glenn Robinson earlier in 2020 . Charles Williams , FACHE , will take the helm in Waco effective January 11 , 2021 .
Mr . Williams will join our System from Orangeburg , South Carolina , where he currently serves as president and chief executive officer of Regional
Medical Center of Orangeburg & Calhoun Counties .
A native of Texas , Mr . Williams grew up on the east side of Fort Worth and earned his bachelor ’ s and master ’ s degree in occupational therapy from Texas Woman ’ s University , and his MBA from the University of Texas at Arlington . He and his family are excited to be returning to his home state .
