Most Award-Winning in Texas For the third consecutive year , Baylor Scott & White is the most awardwinning not-for-profit health system in Texas , according to the US News & World Report 2020-2021 Best Hospitals list . Baylor Scott & White Medical Center – Temple ranked as the # 6 hospital in Texas , and was in the top 10 % in the nation for gastroeneterology and GI surgery , orthopedics , and nephrology .
