Over 9.600 owners are included in our database . Over 500 property owners have active contracts with Emma Villas .
The owners of the Emma Villas properties are mostly Italian , but the number of foreign owners is growing . The care of the relationship with the owners is constant ; over the years we have organised many roadshows to meet them personally , to update them on the latest news regarding our model , to collect their stimuli . In 2020 , in order not to interrupt this dialogue , we intensified digital communication and used new tools with them .
At the end of 2021 , with the aim of resuming direct contact , the " Your Property First " Tour dedicated to owners was launched . In 10 stages throughout Italy , the Tour has involved over 250 owners , including webinar sessions to maximise participation given the many innovations introduced on the topics of Guest & Property Protection , Smart Hospitality and Property Management .
