Precisely in order to meet the needs of a growing market and to maintain the high standards of the services offered , the Emma Villas Academy was launched in October 2022 , an ambitious project aimed at providing skills in the sector : a year-round training centre able to develop internal skills with a team of qualified trainers . The training , dedicated to new recruits , employees and over 100 collaborators of Emma Villas is carried out by professionals , both within the company ( central management ) and outside and takes place both in classroom sessions and " on the job " ( flanking the new recruits to the Emma Villas Senior team engaged in the various field activities ).
The Academy , which today uses a dedicated web platform , permits constant use of the contents defined for each department , and also uses the most advanced tools developed in the company ' s own CRM and supports employees and collaborators in the professional use of opportunities arising from the digitisation of processes and tools . All this concerns in particular the areas relating to the onboarding of the properties , the quality control of the properties , the booking , the management of products and services in support of the lease of the villas , the administration and control .
