It is also for this reason that the company , at the beginning of 2013 , on the occasion of their first important television campaign , updated their logo formalising the " EMMA VILLAS " brand , leaving behind " Rent Tuscany " which , circumscribing the offer only to the region of Tuscany , no longer represented the true size of the company .
So this is how this new reality arose ; thanks to the constant work of the management and the strong drive towards the innovation of products and services , in these 17 years Emma Villas has gained the loyalty of an international and Italian clientele by managing exclusive properties of great charm and by constantly working to expand their perimeter to a broad and diverse target of owners and clients . A standard of increasingly high quality , the exclusivity of the properties offered and the multiplicity of services as well as the strong marketing and communication impulse , are the strong points of Emma Villas . 2020 was a difficult year due to the health emergency , but the company reacted : intensifying their action , managing to first attract and then retain Italian clients , strengthening the commercial network and creating important building blocks for the future .
The two-year period 2021-2022 was characterised by the great evolution that the company has had in terms of organisation , for the growth of the villa portfolio , for the development of important new projects and for the achievement of important results that have created the conditions for an even more challenging 2023 , with new collaborations and the opening of the first stores in important tourist centres .
