Continuing her impactful journey, Dr. St. Germain assumed the role of Medical Director at KIDS Center in Bend, Oregon, in 2008. Accredited by the National Children’s Alliance, KIDS Center benefited immensely from her expertise. During her tenure, she also served as Deschutes County Medical Examiner from 2010 to 2014, enhancing medical services for law enforcement and families dealing with loss.

Relocating to the Willamette Valley in 2015, Dr. St. Germain took on the role of Medical Director at Kids FIRST, another accredited Children’s Advocacy Center serving Lane County, Oregon. Under her guidance, Kids FIRST saw the establishment and growth of their first in-house medical program

Dr. St. Germain's distinguished career includes numerous presentations at regional, statewide, and national conferences on topics related to the care of the underserved and child abuse medicine. Her affiliations include memberships in esteemed organizations such as the Helfer Society, an honorary society of physicians devoted to addressing the prevention, diagnosis, treatment, and research concerning child abuse and neglect. Additionally, as a committed educator, Dr. St. Germain held clinical appointments and mentored students at various institutions, with her most recent contributions extending to Western University of Health Sciences in Oregon.

Reflecting on her illustrious career, Dr. St. Germain decided to retire this year, leaving behind a legacy marked by compassion, leadership, and an unwavering commitment to the well-being of those in need. Her retirement serves as a testament to a career dedicated to improving medical care and advocating for the underserved.
