"The EM Club compliments our academic curriculum by providing extra hands on experience. Between suture and airway clinics, ultrasound clinics, and spending extra time in the Simulation lab, EM Club has allowed us to put into practice things we have learned clinically."

Medicine Club will continue to incorporate new ideas and best practices into the work they do in their communities. They will continue to prepare for what can and cannot be anticipated. In the end, it is about the collective group rather than the individuals who run it, because at its core, emergency medicine is about helping people. Student Doctor De Stefano reminds us, “being able to go into the community helps remind me of the big picture of medicine and why I wanted to go into the medical field.” <>
