The Power of Transformation

Transformation is a significant change in form or appearance, but to me, it means something evolving and becoming largely different from what it was before. If you ask me, when something transforms, it should have few to no similarities to what it was in the past. I’ m not referring to people or things completely changing and having nothing left from what they were before; I just mean that if someone or something is transforming or has transformed, they should be mostly different from their past self.
When we look around, we see all these people and places being transformed and becoming almost totally different from what they looked like before. In my opinion, these transformations should motivate people to give themselves space to change and also give them ideas on how to change or transform.
One of the main factors that helps society transform is technology. It’ s effective for education, medicine, transportation, communication, etc. To talk about the transformation of education through technology, we would need to know what education was like in the past. For instance, there weren’ t any videos, podcasts, or ways to record lectures and summarize them, so people would have to just read and write. Even though it wasn’ t simple for them, they would try to comprehend whatever they were supposed to learn. But right now, with so many AI learning tools and teachers who post videos online, students can easily find the best way to learn for themselves.
I also can’ t help but mention how technology has made it easier for people to communicate and express themselves.
In the past, people would either have to send letters or meet face-to-face with whoever they wanted to communicate with. Now, however, we can easily text, call, video chat, and send emails using our cell phones. Technology has also made it easier for people to express themselves. People who find it difficult to express themselves through words can do so through music, digital art, online design, and more.
Society has also transformed culturally, identity-wise, and in terms of social movements. A century ago, people lived simply in basic villages with simple cultures. However, in the last 20 years, people have started migrating; therefore, populations have increased in many countries, resulting in more educated people contributing to development. Additionally, when people travel for reasons such as trade, they bring a part of their culture wherever they go, which leads to changes in local cultures. For example, the British brought their culture to the Subcontinent.
Today, who we are is no longer set in stone; it is something we constantly shape and change. We have moved away from old-fashioned labels, such as being defined only by our jobs or where we were born, to a“ mix-and-match” style of identity. This identity is a blend of our family history, the version of ourselves we present online, and the small groups we choose to belong to.
While the internet allows us to experiment with different versions of ourselves, many people are also going back to basics by reconnecting with their roots and local traditions
