Transformation as a Part of Life
Gaye Nur DEMİRCİ ‣
“ Once we accept our limits, we go beyond them,” said Albert Einstein. This quote inspired me to think about the idea of transformation. Human life is limited; the average lifespan is about 75 years. This may seem short, but within this time, people experience many changes that shape who they become.

We do not live our lives as one unchanging version of ourselves. Instead, our experiences slowly shape us, much like a sculptor shaping stone. Every success, failure, loss, or new relationship teaches us something new. Because of these experiences, we grow and become different versions of ourselves over time. Transformation happens naturally as we live.
Our limitations play an important role in this process. When we face challenges or reach our limits in a situation, relationship, or place, we are pushed toward change. Humans are open to learning and adapting, so when something no longer allows us to grow, we begin to search for something new.
Reaching a limit often means starting a new chapter. This does not always mean leaving a comfort zone; it simply means continuing life. Change is a natural part of existence, whether it happens slowly or through major turning points.
In conclusion, accepting our limits and the changes that come with endings is essential. Life moves in cycles, and each ending leads to a new beginning. Change should not be seen as something frightening. Instead, it is a sign that we are not only surviving, but truly living.
