The Flow

Ali Seyhan TÜMER ‣
To me, the concept of transformation is the core of a person’ s personality and how they are perceived by others. Transformation is interesting because although it is such a big part of our lives, we rarely think about it since it happens so regularly.
You can think of experiences as water droplets falling from above. Every droplet sends waves across the pool.
Transformation is water.

Every single moment— everything we see, hear, and feel— shapes us. You may not realize it, but every time you change, you are building the real you. From someone else’ s point of view, you are a frozen picture of the last time they saw you. When someone tells you that you have changed, it is because they do not know what happened after they last saw you.
Although we change every second, there are certain moments that have a bigger impact on us, such as traumatic events. Transformation means change, and when a person changes, it can be in form, nature, or appearance. This change is not always good, nor is it always bad.
When we notice change, it often feels strange or uncomfortable, regardless of whether it is positive or negative, because our brain was used to the previous version.
To me, transformation does not always mean a clear shift. When I imagine transformation as an object, the only thing that can describe it is water. Transformation never has a solid shape— it constantly changes, and even the slightest thing can reshape it entirely.
