Music can make you feel millions of emotions … all at the same time . Some people , who are more than creative and imaginative , can picture what they feel or hear in their minds . Some others can find their true selves within the waves of music notes . I probably belong to both , as an obsessed-music-lover who can write her own songs and even play them on the piano . Now , I will write about how music affects the human heart and mind .
The first effect of music on the human heart would be how it calms one ’ s feelings and emotions . Each different type of music can relieve each different type of distress . For example ; phonk music hypes you up , motivates you to do something you don ’ t want to while deep ambient music helps you relax or sleep . Electro-music boosts your mood and energy , making you want to dance . Vocal traditional music can sometimes creep you out , taking you to unknown lands and times that are far away from today . Therefore , the heart and mind can benefit from the calming and healing powers of music .
The second effect of music on the human mind is how it can trigger creativity and imagination . When people listen to different kinds of music , they become open to their surroundings and what ’ s happening around them . In other words , the eye of their minds can see beyond what is tangible thanks to their imagination . And so , creativity can be unlocked . While listening , they can create anything such as songs , stories , pieces of art , and much more . The human mind can develop and understand the most complex concepts through music .
In conclusion , different kinds of music can have various impacts on the heart and the mind of human beings . Its calming effect is priceless when you are stressed out whereas it also increases your energy up to an extreme level when it is needed . Music , finally , can foster imagination and creativity helping people achieve greater tasks .
