Nowadays , digitalization is progressing so fast . However , digitalization has advantages and disadvantages . These disadvantages are making life harder and affecting human relations negatively ; physical and mental problems , bullying are some examples of these disadvantages .
One of the big problems of digitalization is technological addiction . It is mostly seen among 12 to 18 years old teenagers . It brings along mental ability problems , anti-sociality , sight problems , neck aches , arm , hand , finger numbness , overstrain , and more . Besides , bullying is also a big problem . Cyberbullying has a strong influence on people . According to research , people who are exposed to cyberbullying feel sad , lack self-confidence , get depressed , and more . While cyberbullying arouses desires such as dropping out of school , doing nothing , and withdrawing in young people ; problems such as delaying staying at home and disrupting daily life are encountered in adults . People should be more careful while using the internet because the internet is not that safe . If people don ’ t use the internet carefully there will be more cybercrime . For example , if people do not use strong passwords in their social media or banking accounts , or do not prefer reliable websites , their accounts can be easily hacked .
In conclusion , digitalization has disadvantages too . But we can prevent this . We should be more careful while using the internet . Be safe !
