What is Digital Citizenship ?

A digital citizen is a citizen who can criticize while using information and communication resources , who can take moral decisions online , who knows the results of their online behavior , who does not abuse technology and who respects human rights and dignity while using technology .
How to be a responsible digital citizen ?
• You should not abuse technology .
• You should display ethical behavior while communicating in the digital world .
• You should know the results of online behavior ; be aware that what you share on the internet will never be lost .
• Information is personal . You should create strong passwords for your security and should not share your private information with anyone .
• You should pay attention to communication with people you do not know on online platforms .
• You should use time efficiently when using online technologies . Do not be dependent on technology .
• You should avoid behavior that offend people ’ s religion , race and language in the digital world as in the real world .
