Nowadays the Internet and electronic devices are a big part of our lives , even more than we realize . Most of the things around us are becoming more digitalized . We ’ re in a new digital era ; but is this new era really good for us ?

Digitalization has had hundreds of good effects on our lives , but it also has bad effects . As an example , with the help of the internet , it ’ s much easier for us to access all kinds of information . The problem is ; little children can , too . It ’ s possible for a little child to access illegal , violent content and to communicate with dangerous people . It has other bad effects on children , too . It ’ s easier for children to become Internet addicts . Internet addiction is really common among both children and adults . Internet addiction is not currently considered a clinical addiction , but if we don ’ t do something about it , it might be soon .
Digitalization also harms the social lives of many people . Because of internet addiction , you can see people looking at their phones , laptops , etc . everywhere . Since everyone is always on their phones , people are starting to lose their daily social abilities . As an example , even
