These can be lined up as Digital Commerce , Digital Downtime , Digital Health , Digital Integrity , Digital Literacy , Digital Privacy , Digital Responsibility , and Digital Security . We should be aware of our consumer habits , try to spend time with other people in real life , apply real-life behavioral standards in the digital world , know the right time to stay connected and when to turn off devices , question the source of information , avoid suspicious actions , review privacy settings , report inappropriate and abusive behaviors and lastly , make passwords easy to remember but hard to guess .
In conclusion , digital citizenship is a critical concept with its negative and positive aspects at a time when we speak more and more about global citizenship . However , being a digital citizen could be a lot more meaningful if we want to appear and have a lasting place in the futuristic digital world ; considering the progress of artificial intelligence ; augmented reality , metaverse , second life , and other related areas .
