As we adapt to a new type of normal , Atlanta ’ s luxury market remains strong . We are fortunate to have the opportunity to serve our community achieve the dream of homeownership . Our Luxury Collection ’ s sales volume experienced an increase of 95 % year to date for homes priced above $ 750k . Additionally , we recently set a record for the top transaction across Metro Atlanta in 2021 at $ 15.5M , with our associates representing both the buyers and sellers .
When we launched our Luxury Collection in 2015 , we could have never imagined the growth and success that would follow suit . In only six years , our sales volume increased by over 179 % due to the dedication of our associates and innovative strategies .
