POSING
For newborn sessions, I do not do a lot of what I call‘ intense’ posing-- meaning that I do not put your baby into any pose that would be unnatural for a newborn. Many of the poses you see on sites like Pinterest have been heavily edited and pieced together, and, believe it or not, are not necessarily safe for your newborn baby!
I include two types images in my newborn sessions: Baby Only
The first are‘ baby only’ images where I‘ lightly’ pose the baby. For example, we may put your baby in a cozy, comfortable basket and move his or her hands so that they’ re placed nicely. I do not attempt any poses that would be unnatural or dangerous for your newborn!
Lifestyle
The second type of images I include are‘ lifestyle’ images. In these images you’ ll be holding and interacting with your sweet baby! I lightly pose these images as well, but again, they are soft and natural!
