MAIN STAGE
Our main stage has moved ! Head just beyond the Adrenaline Zone and our new Foodie Fest area , and you ’ ll find the stage with a large grassed area in front so you can enjoy your picnic and kick-back while you let us entertain you !
Not only do we have some incredible music lined-up for you each evening ( more on p130 ) but there ’ s plenty going on at the main stage throughout each day too with activity from 10am each day ( 10:30 Sunday ). We ’ ll have games , interviews and performances , with some special featured activity too …
MIKE BREWER ’ S CAR CLINIC IN ASSOCIATION WITH CAR GODS
Taking to the main stage on Saturday and Sunday , this year Mike will be joined by Marc “ Elvis ” Priestly putting the spotlight on the cars that have been featured on the Wheeler Dealers show on TV . Plus each lunchtime they ’ ll be running a masterclass with tips on car maintenance . You may also spot Mike and Elvis with some of the car clubs too as the take the Clinics and “ pop up ” out and about .
WATCH LIVE : F1 BELGIAN GRAND PRIX
The big screens by the main stage will show SKY ’ s F1 coverage of the qualifying sessions at Spa on Saturday afternoon as well as Sunday ’ s race . Check out the full timetable ( p13-p25 )
YOUNG DRIVER
Kids , fancy yourselves behind the wheel ? Young Driver is back ! It ’ s a brilliant opportunity for children aged 10 – 17 ( 1.42m or taller ) to get behind the wheel of a car , learning skills including starting , driving , braking , corner control , changing gear , stopping and even reversing . Get involved between 9am and 6pm each day but do book up when you arrive – it ’ s very popular ! A time slot will be allocated to save on queuing . The 10-minute Young Driver taster sessions cost £ 10 – head to their big red bus located in Blue Zone 4B close to the National Paddock .
NATIONAL PADDOCK
Racing in the morning runs out of the National Paddock so it ’ s the place to be in the morning to watch the cars as they line-up before each race . Check out the race card for details of which cars you can expect to see plus you ’ ll have the chance to chat to the drivers and their mechanics .
VILLAGE GREEN
Once you ’ ve spent time taking in all the action at the National Paddock , checked-out all the car displays in blue zone , head to the Village Green for something to eat or drink , retail therapy in the Shopping Village and a full line-up of free funfair rides . Find out more on p120 .
