THE 440 FOUNDRY PAVILION
PHYSICAL DIMENSIONS
The 440 Foundry Pavilion is made up of 22,000
square feet of event space, approximately 15,000
square feet of covered area and an additional 7,000
square feet of uncovered area, with a ceiling height of
16’ at its highest entry point.
PATRON CAPACITY
2,000 is the pre-approved General Admission stand-
up style maximum sellable capacity for a standard
concert. Additional set-ups include 1,500 and 1,000
capacity options with a mix of reserved seats, general
admission and banquet seating.

• Two industrial sized fans located overhead
• Centrally located restroom facility
• Guest seating including tables and chairs,
one additional table for registration, podium
