Bids are hereby invited from a reputable service provider consisting of a professional team in terms of section 19 of the Umvoti Local Municipality’ s Supply Chain Management Policy, together with section 83 of the Municipal Systems Act, 2000( Act No. 32 of 2000)( as amended) and read together with sections 110, 111 and 112 of the Municipal Finance Management Act, 2003( Act No. 56 of 2003) for the upgrading, renovations, and alterations of the technical and stores office. Umvoti Local Municipality is an administrative area in the Umzinyathi district of KwaZulu-Natal. The municipality is named after the Umvoti River, which runs from the west to the east towards the Indian Ocean.

The appointment of multiple specialist consultants to a panel to render professional services in various infrastructure disciplines on an as-andwhen-required basis. The aim is to provide comprehensive planning, design, development, and oversight in project implementation and also provide the capacity to unlock challenges experienced during project execution of Ekurhuleni Housing Company( EHC) capex and opex projects from date of award until 30 June 2020. EHC is a municipal entity set up in 2000. It was started to undertake the development and management of rental housing stock for low- and moderate-income households in the City of Ekurhuleni. EHC is a social housing institute for the low-income earners, established in terms of the Social Housing Act, Municipal Systems Act, and the Companies Act MFMA. EHC has the Ekurhuleni Metropolitan Municipality( EMM) and Gauteng Partnership Fund( GPF) as shareholders.

The Tourism Finance Corporation( TFC) is a development financial institution and a state corporation established under the Tourism Act of 2011, and wishes to develop its plot located in Nairobi CBD, LR. 209 / 7933 situated along the Watalii Street. The Corporation is seeking a strategic partner / investor in developing a commercial or mixed-used facility on the property. The Corporation’ s contribution in this case shall be the land only, with vacant possession. All other activities until completion will be the responsibility of the strategic partner / investor. A joint venture( JV) model with the strategic partner will undertake the following: i) provide a detailed market and financial feasibility study report; ii) provide proposals for best use development; iii) provide conceptual designs, drawings, and layouts; iv) provide cost estimates based on point( iii); v) give a financing strategy and plan; vi) provide a marketing plan for a completed project; vii) provide proposals for best fee sharing under the JV of some of the main components of the project that would be expected to be captured during design stage. The latter includes the following: a) multistorey office / retail space complex / mixed-use facility; b) exhibitor space, leisure and recreation zone, and orchestra hall; and c) parking facilities.
