The Zambia Institute of Chartered Accountants ( ZICA Institute ), in order to diversify its income base and add more value to its members , procured 103 hectares of land situated on lot number 19992 / M and stand number F / 9012 / A , Livingstone and intends to develop the land contract ‘ The Shuungu Namutitima International Convention Centre ’ ( SNICC ). ZICA also intends to develop a 5-star hotel , a 3-star hotel , 10 presidential villas , and an 18-hole championship golf course . Scope of work : ZICA wishes to invite eligible consortium of firms to submit expression of interest to undertake detailed architectural and engineering designs , raise financing , and construct the SNICC and the support infrastructure as indicated above . The proposed consortium shall be a group of companies with the capacity to undertake the proposed developments based on the approved conceptual designs developed by ZICA , raise financing , and construct a world-class convention centre and the support infrastructure , while entering into an overarching concession agreement for the management of various services .

Invitation to tender for Kumbi Gallo Bridge and approach roads on Junction E822 – Bissan Biliku Garbatula in Isiolo County . Kenya Rural Roads Authority ( KeRRA ) is a state corporation established under the Kenya Roads Act of 2007 , with the responsibility for management , development , rehabilitation , and maintenance of rural roads . KeRRA hereby invites tenders on behalf of the Ministry of Transport , Infrastructure Housing and Urban Development from eligible consultancy firms with the capability to design the above bridges and approach roads . The proposed Kumbi Gallo Bridge project is located on Garbatula – Bissan Biliku ( Road E802 ) in Isiolo County . The site can easily be accessed on the Merti – Bisan Biliku Road E822 . The approximate width of the river channel is about 150m wide . The width may vary depending on the actual location for the bridge design .

Mulonga Water and Sewerage Company ( MWSC ) has received funds from the European Investment Bank ( EIB ), Agence Francaise de Development ( AFD ), and the government of the Republic of Zambia ( GRZ ), and intends to apply a portion of these funds under the Priority Investment Programme ( PIP ). MWSC hereby invites sealed bids from interested bidders registered in Zambia with the National Council for Construction ( NCC ) in Category C , Grade 5 for local bidders , while foreign bidders will be required to be registered with the NCC in Category C , Grade 5 prior to contract award for the following : Lot 2 – high cost water network replacement . Scope of works : The project will involve the replacement of some section of the worn-out water distribution network in high cost area of Mufulira . The pipes to be replaced are identified by the street names and the size of the existing pipeline .
