Today we are more critical about our physical appearance.

Society gives much importance to beauty and it is encouraging

unhealthy behaviour in people, especially those youngest. One

instance could be beauty stereotypes showed by means of

communication, which show beauty like a condition to being successful.

In other words, social networks show us some beauty stereotypes really difficult to achieve for normal population, since often those stereotypes are actually, unreal persons. The problem is that people are trying to imitate some diets and exercises routines without medical advice. Following general advices about diet and exercises is a dangerous practice since each person has different necessities. In fact, doctors are reporting an important number of nutritional troubles, psychologist problems and actually this is totally opposite that you find when you start a healthy lifestyle.

Practicing some exercises can give you a lot of

benefits in your life, for instance getting more

health and having less sickness like stress or heart

sickness. In the other hand, adopting better

eating habits is the best way to improve your

health, to be happy and to share with your

relatives and friends. However, incorporating

healthy habits in your life is as important as

asking for medical advice.
