Bend the U-shaped foil to make a folded
ribbon like in the pic and thread a skewer
through. It would be helpful at this stage to
stick it in a styrofoam dummy cake or if you’re
like me, just grab any odd-shaped styrofoam.

Cover the head with fleshcoloured fondant. I use
Americolor flesh tone gel
paste to colour my fondant.

Stick the head on top and secure with either
hot glue or isomalt if you think a child may try
to chomp down on him or if you can’t resist
chomping down on him yourself.

Add a teardrop-shaped for the
nose. I’m giving him a big nose
so he can take in all the smell of
Christmas goodness.

Indent curves on the sides
of the nose for nostrils
and make 2 holes for eye
sockets.
