Harriett’s Casbah
Cookies
T
his recipe belonged to my husband’s Grandmother, Harriet.
It is the most fabulous cut out cookie recipe I have ever used.
The cookies don’t spread apart or bubble on the surface, they
bake absolutely perfectly. We use this recipe for all of our decorated
cookies at Gateaux Inc.
