Roll out gumpaste for leaves and cut, vein and wire( 24 gauge) set aside to dry on apple tray overnight before dusting or painting.
Roll out a ball of gumpaste for acorn about the size of a small olive, you should vary the size slightly.
Make a little point and dip 20 gauge wire in egg white or sugar glue then insert wire. Make sure it pokes out a bit. Allow to dry for 24 hours.
Make another ball of gumpaste about ½ the size and push gently a small celpin into the ball to make a hollow. Thin edged with celpin.
