Verusca’s Chocolate
Pudding

rigadeirão - It is a delicious smooth pudding derivative
of Brigadeiro. A very popular candy in Brazil and in
Portugal that is usually served as a dessert at birthday
parties and celebrations.

Ingredients:

Directions

1 condensed Milk

1. 
Mix all ingredients except sprinkles
together with a whisk

1 cream
6 spoon of cocoa powder
1/4 sugar

2. Grease a microwave safe ring pan - 8”
(20cm) is perfect!

3 eggs

3. Pour mixture into the prepared pan.

1 spoon of butter

4. Microwave for 6 to 8 minutes

Chocolate sprinkles to decorate

5. Refrigerate until cool
6. Cover with chocolate sprinkles
In my house I never have time to cool it! They
eat it while warm - but it is much better the
next day when cool.
