Letter from the editor
Christmas is by far my
favourite time of year.
Last week I pulled out
the Christmas tree and
put it up with the help of
my boys. The squeals
of excitement as they
wrapped themselves (not
the tree) in tinsel and fairy
lights made me smile, and
reminded me of why I love
Christmas so much. To
me, the best parts about
the Christmas period are
spending time with my
family, laughing, eating
lots of yummy food and
generally relaxing and
winding down after a busy
year.
It’s wonderful to be able
to share the Christmas
spirit not only with my
children, but also with
cake
decorators
and
bakers worldwide with our
first ebook; The Christmas
Table.

We have brought together
many of Australia and
the world’s most talented
decorators and asked
them to share with us their
favourite Christmas recipe
and what makes Christmas
special to them.
Our contributors have
amazed us with pages
and pages of tutorial
inspiration for you to
make as gifts, share with
colleagues or wow your
guests on Christmas day.
So read, create, enjoy and
share the Christmas spirit
this year. I can’t wait to
